Shipping
Our shipping methods depend on the type and number of products purchased. For low-volume purchases, we will usually use express couriers like FedEx or UPS and may use cargo shippers for larger volumes. Goods are shipped ex-factory at e-Fun in Massachusetts, USA.
Warranty
* 1 year warranty on parts and labor from the purchase date as stated on the purchase receipt.
* Covers manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship that are the results of normal use.
* The customer pays for return shipping charges, and we will fix or replace the product and ship it back to the customer on our costs.
* Products are for indoor use only. The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by outdoor usage.
* Does not cover consequential or incidental damages, spilled liquids, insect infestation, misuse or abuse.
Returns
We accept returns and require the returned product be in its original condition. We will apply a 10% return fee. The customer pays for shipping costs.
